  1. thank you serafim for your answer,
how my computer parts seems to you?
    I like hearing opinions :D
  2. Your motherboard and CPU are incompatable, you have a socket 1155 cpu with a socket 2011 mobo. You want to be looking at Z77 boards. For around the same price as what you selected I'd consider this:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128558

Edit, also your ram is overkill for a gaming machine. get 8GB 1600MHz and you won't notice any difference.

The Agility 3 is an old sandforce controller ssd. use the money you save on the ram to upgrade to a samsung 840pro.

And as said above, you need a minimum 550W PSU, Make sure you get a quality unit like a Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, PC&P, Superflower, etc.

H100i is water cooling, Noctua NH-D14 is just a heat sink that sits on your CPU. I would choose the H100i if you don't want to set up a custom water cooling loop, great product, but if you don't have the money, nothing wrong with the Noctua!
