today i replaced the TIM on my CPU and GPU
cpu temp went down from 50c (idle) to 30c but GPU temps went higher like 10c
when idle and from 80c under load to 90c and keeps going up and it was using a thermal pad instead of normal thermal paste so should I remove the thermal paste and put a thermal pad like it was before ?

intel core I5 460M
nvidia geforce gt330M
3 GB ddr3
windows 7 64 bit
320 GB hdd
