New xfx radeon 6750, no boot,no beeps

Hi,
I now bought a new xfx radeon 6750 and installed it into my asrock alive-xfire esata r3.0. Connected the 6pin adapter(had to make because psu had none) to the video card and then nothing. No signal.
My specs are:
Above mobo
Phenom ii x4 3.4ghz
8gb ddr2 ram
700watt psu(xtech)

Need help Please before I try to get back my money for this card. Also I had before a radeon hd6450 512mb when I re-installed the pc boots with no problems.

Hi, I would test the card with a PSU that does have PCIe cables.

Hi,
thanks for the reply, luckily I have another system building, so I tried the video card with the other psu and the same problem. But oddly when I checked voltage on the 6pin cable I was getting 12v on each yellow, but according to my research the middle one is supposed to be 0v. Can you confirm and any other suggestions?

No, black is ground and yellow is 12V.
If the card does not work with a different power supply, then it might be a graphics card issue.

If the GPU doesn't work in another rig, with another PSU or in another PCI-E line...RMA the GPU and get another one. DOA GPU.
