Looking for budget gaming motherboard

I am looking for a good gaming motherboard for around $150 but preferrably under that price, i need it to support DDR3 RAM, AM3+ socket for a AMD FX quad core 4.2Ghz processor. I am not too sure about whether to get one with onboard video or not. What would be a good one to get?

I found the asrock 970 extreme3 for a great price on amazon, but i'm wondering how much RAM it supports, any idea?

I already have a graphics card but it is pretty crappy even overclocked, I could be looking for an Nvidia graphics card for around $100 and under. any idea?

Ok i'll go for around $150 range, any Nvidia graphics card good for that around that price?
the thing is i have dual monitors.

Ok thanks for the reccomendation, i'll work towards that 650 ti boost
