Contact HP and they will be able to provide the CDs that match your PC.
But just for your information, Windows XP is an old OS and Microsoft will drop support for it by April 1st 2014. So you might as well start to think about getting a new PC soon, or at least if you want to keep using this one, buy a more recent version of Windows (make sure there are compatible drivers before though).
