$200 for replacing GPU?

I am replacing a burned out GPU (HD 6850) and have about $200 to spend. I have the following limitations:

No larger than 9.1" length, single 6-pin connector, and 28 amps on the 12v rail.

I'm considering the following:

MSI N660 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 660 2GB, $190 at amazon.

or this:
Gigabyte GTX 650 ti Boost: $175 at Newegg

Or this:

XFX FX-785A-ZNL4, $180 at newegg

or does anyone else have any reccomendation?

i'm leaning toward the 660, but has anyone had any issues with the
MSI 660 OC?

msi 660 oc will be fine. had a same card. pretty good performance no issue. also clocked it at +44 core/+222 memory. it will be a great choice.
