I think you are spending too much on cpu/mobo. You should go for a i3-3220/H77 mobo instead. You have a hdd/case/odd/etc. already? There is nothing wrong with what you picked, but if I was you I'd take that money saved and buy a better monitor.

Yes, I had thought of the i3, but it's locked multipler was an issue. No chance of overclocking.... I have a hdd, case, everything else.
Now the monitor, a higher resolution wouldn't make a difference if the screen wasn't far enough right? I play from 7-8 ft away, so my friends hd monitor and mine have no difference, almost.

Please rate it out of 10 and give reasons why points were taken off or anything.....
I'm leaning towards 3570k seeing that I'm getting it for 170$....And it's better...

Higher resolution does make a difference on a computer monitor no matter the distance you sit from it. I can see a ton more on my 2560x1440 monitor vs my 1920x1080 monitor. Unlike a tv where the dpi is inreased with higher resolution, in game you will have a wider FOV.

Hmm..I will look into it... Could you suggest a good monitor? Not too expensive?
