So here is my finalized build I plan on playing BF3, tombraider, Bioshock infinte, tera online, planet side 2, and other similar games on mid setting on a non-HD 1440 X 900 monitor. and I need to know if this is good enough. i,m not necessarily taking recommendations unless there is a noticeable fatal flaw.(so no recommending your $700+ i7 intel build)

This is a good mid level gamer. Equivilent to a high end i3. $20 or so more would get you a 7850, which is much better than the 7770. Instead of the elite, look at an NZXT Source 210/220, a much better case.

Power supply: Respectfully disagree. Corsair CX430 Builder is made by Channel Well. Hardly what I would call an unreliable manufacterer.

EDIT: I have seen two posts today stating that CW has put substandard caps into the builder series. Tom's editors, if this is true we'd like to see article on it! Many of us rec Corsair Builder series all the time.

since you're the only one who replied and actually gave me an answer to my question, thank you. The I already won the case(dont have the money to splurge on another or the extra 20 for the gpu), so even with this PSU will it get the job done, without to much stress on any other parts?

Don't worry about the psu it will definitely power your components well and not stress your system.

SO just to make 100% will this build get the job done as it currently is?

Since you are playing on a 1440x900 and want to play on medium settings yes it will do the job.
