Hi there i need some help with water cooling set up ive done some research but theres nothing that stands out its all abit confusing. if some people would help recomend some builds for me i would greatly appreciate it. my setup is
CPU- i5-3750k
GPU- gtx 680
MEM- G.Skill 2x4 GB
PSU- 1000w rosewill
case- phantom 410 white and blue

i would like to atleast cool the cpu and gpu and anything else you see fit. my budget is around $500-$600 thats what i expect from a wc setup.

You can cool everything except the PSU. Almost every PSU has a Pre-installed Fan. The RAM , GPU and Case can be Air cooled. The CPU can be Water Cooled. The GPU is very tough , tell me your GPU's Model No and Name.

Reading through that will give you an idea of what your doing and will answer a lot of your questions.

Agree with Meorcin, water-cooling the RAM is largely pointless. If you want it, get it, but dont expect better performance or overclocks from them.
When it comes to water-cooling, you can do just about everything (there are even SSD blocks...) but its only worth cooling the CPU and GPU. Possibly the mobo VRM's and Northbridge if you overclock quite heavily.

The budget you have is plenty for what your after, even if you needed to buy a new case to accommodate it.

My suggested course of action: Read the sticky a few times, this should teach you what to look for when it comes to parts. Look up reviews and pull together a loop that you think will work, post it here and we will give feedback.
