Ya you should be fine, Gigabytes site shows the CPU support list for that board and it supports Ivy Bridge chips with the F4 BIOS, which the board seems to ship with as that BIOSs support ranges from the Celeron line all the way to the 3770K.

Yes, i looked at both revision for the board it should work out of the box according to the support list for both.
