Hi all,
I've removed my 2TB HDD from the external case (USB interface) and installed it into my pc as a standard SATA HDD. The drive is visible in My Computer (Windows 7) as drive E:Local disk. It's a seagate if that makes a difference..
I get the message saying the drive needs to formatted (not an option) and the drive doesn't display any info (size, file system etc.)
Anyone know how my PC can simply recognise the drive like it used to when I used it as an external USB HDD?
Anyone please help!
Thanks!
