Hey, I recently built a new pc and was getting like 30- 60 fps on borderlands 2 with a gtx 670. I checked my GPU usage in game and on the menu screen it was 90% Usage at about 200 frames, but in game it uses about 20-30% and I get 30-60 fps. I don't have any FPS limiters and I turned PhysX off and the problem is still there.
