When I start my PC normally after shutting it down or restarting it normally It takes me to this boot error screen

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/library/BUSINESS/ATLAS/images_v1/351886/boot-error1-small.jpg

When i Click on "Start Windows Normally" it opens up the windows screen where it shows the windows sighn before going into the login screen

This screen:

It freezes on that screen and then restarts the pc continuing to that screen

If i Click on "Launch Startup repair " It takes 30 minutes to finish and then does not change anything

When I start the Pc up and tap "F11" for Boot Options Before it goes to the boot error screen it shows me my boot devices and then if i click on my Main OS Harddrive Windows starts normally with no problems...So this cannot be that my Harddrive is messed up please tell me how to resolve this

Some of my parts like my motherboard is new so I recently installed windows7"
And was working fine like 2 days ago

My pc specs are

Motherboard: AsRock Extream 4

Solution
1) Using "Startup Repair in Windows 7". http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ss/windows-7-startup-repair.htm
2) If you still have problem, check the RAM by take one out then boot the PC to see both are OK or not. You can run MemTest86, but it will take long time. http://memtest86.com/
3) Test the HDD. Using " SeaTools for Windows ". http://www.seagate.com/support/external-hard-drives/desktop-hard-drives/freeagent-pro-classic/seatools-win-master/
4) Test the GPU. Using the onboard intel HD4000 to check gtx 560ti or psu. If when you use the hd4000, PC is OK then maybe PSU or gtx560ti. The gtx560 ti need minimum 500w for the system.
