Hey guys, i have the MSI GTX 660 ti PE and was just looking to boost it up to the OC version of the card. i turned the power limit to 114% (Which i don't think it even works, i called MSI and they won't help me with it) I turned core clock up +104 which equals the OC versions clock, and turned the memory clock up only 100 which should be nothing. By the way i'm using MSI afterburner. Alright so to the problem - i hardly boosted it and in BF3 after about a half hour of playing the game just froze, the card didn't crash or stop responding, but the game simply froze out of nowhere.. what could be the problem with this? i know it has something to do with the overclock as it's never done it before, but i just boost it up a tiny bit and it freezes.

Nope, haven't touched it. i know it's unstable, but i'm unsure on how to fix it.. i didn't think you had to increase the voltage at all

Alright, yea i figured i had enough research done for a basic OC.. watched a video, and i read a bit of a guide, i believe it was on here.. i should probably just put it at stock then until i actually need the boost, then i will do some more research and figure out everything i need.. thanks
