Games freezing and crashing

Hey guys I just got a new rig with a 3570k and a 7950. I overclocked the cpu to 4ghz stable and a minor increase on the gpu also stable and older games like shogun 2, world in conflict, company of heroes run fine, but on BF3, Crysis 3, and bioshock infinfite there is a quick white falsh of pixels in the same location on the screen then after 3 or 4 of these the game just freezes and crashes but Bf3 doesn't crash it just displays the pixels sometimes. I have tried ressting all overclocks and uninstalled and reinstalled new drivers to no avail....help? Windows 7 64 bit by the way

A couple questions to help fill in some grey area's.

What driver revision are you running?

Do you have IE10 or KB2670838 installed?

Does the game crash you to the desktop?

Does the whole computer crash?

Does the computer restart?

Do you get a blue screen?

I ran both 13.1 and 13.3 on 13.3 now, I have chrome and IE10 installed, the game freezes then i alt delte but if i don't it will eventually take me to the desktop, the whole computer doesn't crash, i don't get a blue screen and i usually get a message like driver has stopped and restarted again or dxgi device removed or no message at all.

okay uninstalled the windows update and went to manufacturers website and all they had was 13.1 so after downloading that Crysis still freezes but i could actually get through some bioshock infinite without crashing thank you any ideas about crysis though?
Edit: Bioshock infinte still crashes but this time im getting "amd driver has stopped and responded again" messasge
