First build wanted to to keep it around $800. So yeah here it is. basically i have everything else, the HDD, optical drive, and etc.

CPU: i5 3450

What i want to know, is everything here compatible with everything else? is the PSU enough for everything, wires, etc. Thanks. This is my first build. Do i need a cooler? and should i opt for extra 2x120mm fans for the case.

Everything checks. That build would do with 500W but that is a decent price on the 600 so stay with that. Everything is compatible. I would stay with the included heatsink and see first if the noise bothers you. Additional case fans is up to you since it comes with 3 I would start with those and see if they are sufficient.

id change the CPU to the i5 3470. aparantly cheaper

id get a xfx 550w instead of the cx series. better quality from seasonic. its 53.99 after a MIR at us.ncix

a day or 2 ago, newegg was selling them for 149.99 after a 50 dollar promo card. oh well. the 3470 is still cheaper

alright thanks guys. also one last question, so i dont have to go buy more things after. will the PSU have all the cables required for the graphics card? the 670 requires a 6 pin and 8 pin.

If you look at the details in the power supply on NewEgg you see it has two 6+2pins which means it can be used as a 6-pin or 8-pin. So it does have the connections for your card.
