Is everything compatible?

After doing extensive research and finding the most cost effective build in my budget, I have finally decided on what I should be purchasing. I would just like a final opinion before I spend well over $600.

Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AMD Series Motherboard - Micro ATX, Socket AM3+, AMD 760G, 1333MHz DDR3, SATA II (3Gb/s), RAID, 7.1-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0 (760GM-P23 FX)

Processor: AMD FD6100WMGUSBX FX-6100 Processor - Six Core, 8MB L3 Cache, 6MB L2 Cache, 3.30GHz (3.90GHz Max Turbo), Socket AM3+, 95W, Unlocked, OEM

Cooler: Thermaltake CL-P0503 CPU Cooler - 70mm Fan, Rifle Bearing, Socket AM2, AM2+, AM3, 754, 939

Ram: ADATA Premier Series AD3U1333C4G9-SH 4GB Desktop Memory Module - PC3-10666, DDR3-1333MHz, 240-pin DIMM

Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224BB/BEBE Internal 24X DVD Burner -Tray, SATA, 1.5MB Buffer Memory, 16x DVD-R Read, 48x CD-R Write (OEM)

Case: Thermaltake VM54521N2U V2 ATX Mid Tower Case - ATX, Micro ATX, 450W PSU, 3x Ext 5.25", 1x Ext 3.5", 6x Int 3.5", 2x Front USB 2.0 Ports

Note, all the above items come in a very, and I repeat, very nicely priced kit. I would very strongly prefer not to change the above items unless something significant pops up. Moving on...

Hard Drive: Seagate ST500DM002 Barracuda 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - 500GB, SATA-6G, 7200, 16MB

Graphics Card: Gigabyte GV-R775OC-1GI AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 DVI-I / D-SUB / HDMI PCI-Express 3.0 Graphic Card

I would just like to know if everything above is compatible with each other, and if there might be an even better configuration out there for around the same price.

First off your motherboard is SATA 2 and not SATA 3. That is much worth finding a board that supports SATA 3. But since you aren't getting an SSD I don't know if there is an issue there. Someone should correct me on that. Or Google search "Sata 3 HDD on Sata 2" which should yield some people who have already tested this.

Everything looks compatible to me.

GFX fits the mobo
CPU fits the mobo
Case fits the mobo
RAM fits the mobo

Everything in your list is designed to work together.

If you want any advice on the prices then list the parts w/ prices or goto http://pcpartpicker.com/ so we can pick it apart

Using a sata1 or sata2 board is fine if you don't plan on using an SSD or raid configuration, as either bus has more throughput than any traditional HDD can currently output.

Make sure to use the sata cables that come with the motherboard as the sata 1 2 and 3 cables all have different specs.

Depending on the workload you plan for this system, you may want to purchase a higher quality CPU fan, as that one included costs $10 you can keep it in the bundle and just get a better one on the side.

I would recommend the hyper212 line from cooler master, they offer about the best bang for the buck for cooling.

I agree with the Hyper 212 cooler, but I do not know if the case will allow it as this is a huge cooler. Why have you chosen a case that does not give you the USB 3.0 front output though? That's the only thing that would bug me.
