OC reset question

Hi all,first time post.Long time reader.
My problem and question is this.I have i5 3570k and using AI suite auto tuning it has bumped it up to 4.4 stable,but the vcore temps seem high to me 1.35v. Evertime i turn it down to about 1.25 and it seems stable,resetting my pc it reverts back to the 1.35v also tried doing it manually in the bios but it does the same thing....why?

OK,,I use cpuz ..but I am still very curious as to why it keeps uping the voltage on me.

Scroll down this page until you get to the description of the UEFI BIOS and look at the screen cap. It has 3 circles that look like gauges on a car's dashboard. (the one selected is bigger than the other two) Each one represents a "mode". You want normal.

Even if you manually modify BIOS settings, AI suite once installed will continually change your settings to ones that it thinks are best. I eventually had to uninstall the overclocking part of this suite, and just used the monitor/fan control software.
