Can someone help me build a cheap computer?

I'm looking for a computer that could handle MC at high settings and games like Call of Duty on PC on medium settings.

Try to get as Cheap as possible as I am on low budget ATM.

This is actually a really decent build that will get you solid framerates in those games pretty easy.

Anything less than this and we will have to probably cut down to an APU which would probably still work ok but not be nearly as powerful.
