So I have multiple Visiontek 6950's in my computer (1gb version) and I can't overclock them at all. When I go into MSI AB, the sliders are already at their maximum which prevents me from sliding them any higher. These values are 800MHz for the core and 1200MHz on the Mem. I can't access the voltages either. I am able to underclock them, but when I do this the clock speeds don't change at all in GPUZ and the screen starts tearing and my computer becomes unusable. Then I tried Sapphire Trixx software, and it appeared as if I could overclock the cards but when I did I had the same results as when I tried to underclock them in AB. I have no idea what is causing this.
I am on Catalyst 13.3, and I have all of the latest drivers. I have uninstalled reinstalled drivers and tried different versions but nothing has worked. Other people with the same model card as me have been able to overclock, so I have no idea what the deal is. Any help would be appreciated.
