Trying to get some opinions on the best GPU for the least amount of money to be able to play an unmodded Skyrim @ 1920x1200 on Ultra with a decent FPS. I have an X4 980 @ 4.0 Ghz. I want to spend the least amount for a card - longevity isn't a huge concern since I tend to switch them out after a year or so and sell the old one (out of boredom more than anything). Would a GTX 650 Ti 2GB overclocked to the max do it? I have an Arctic Cooling Accelero L2 Plus I could put on it to let me OC as much as possible. Is that cutting it too close? GTX 650 Ti Boost possibly?
Had a GTX 460 1GB @ 865 Mhz and it couldn't quite do it (runs out of VRAM and chokes a little in ruins and caves (foggy scenes with shadows).
