Unable to create system partition, after Secure Erase with Parted Magic

Hello, I have a 64gb Sandisk SSD that i recently secure erased with Parted Magic. I tried to reinstall windows, but got the error "Setup unable to create system partition." Am I missing something?

Specs, though I dont know if it matters:
i7 3770k
Sabertooth Z77 Mobo
Radeon 7950
1x 64gb Sandisk SSD
2x 1tb Seagate Barracuda
Corsair CX850
16gb gskill ripjaws x

see if SanDisk has a drive diagnosis tool.... Or try and create a new partition in parted magic.

Why on earth would you EVER secure erase an SSD

Did you disconnect the Seagate drives before attempting to reinstall Windows 7? From everything I have read it is suggested that you disconnect all other hard drives (SSD and HDD) for attempting to do a clean install of Windows.
