No, it does not require the costs of the OS.I am starting from scratch, so I don't have any parts yet. I am actually buying the parts here on the Philippines, and the prices here are synonymous to those of Newegg's , so I would go for Newegg's pricelist. :)

A friend of mine has a A10-58k Trinity. I gotta say it has a impressive performance for the money: playing BF3 without a dedicated vid card its kind of sureal.

I'm building myself an A10 system later on for my business, I gotta kill sometime while "working" :)

I would be using a 23" monitor what would you recommend? should I go for the 7850 or 650? or I should use a much bigger screen? we also have a 32" screen , IDK what to use :0

The 23" screen should be running at 1080P so I would definitely try to squeeze in the 7850 if you can.

That 7850 might need more power, I suggest to get 500 watts, opposed to 430 watts
