Hello.

I'm looking to windows 8 for my new gaming rig's OS. I want to go with 8, but the majority of feedback is making me uneasy. I need someone who is using the OS to tell me whether I should buy Win8.

Don't get 8 ... 7 is better for gaming since most of high games like NFS the run and Battlefield 3 was released before win 8, hence they probably will have compatibility issues with win 8 and you'll enter a maze searching for patches and solutions for this, while the recent games which were released with compatibility with win 8 will run EASILY with win 7, no problems.

Go with 7, you will thank me
