Is this good for an AMD build?

Yeah it looks good. I'd suggest the following changes:

- Replace the H100i with a Noctua NH-D14. It's cheaper and performs just as good. If you're going for water cooling, grab a custom kit.
- If you must use AMD, go with the FX-6300. If not, I'd choose an Intel Core i5-3570K.
- Replace the Asus SABERTOOTH board with an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4. The Asus board is too pricey. Better to invest in something else.
- From the almost $100 that you saved, upgrade to the Radeon HD 7970.
