Is this a good gaming build for <= £400?

I'm considering building a gaming computer to replace my current one (with a Radeon 3600) and my budget is under £400. It is an AMD build and the price excludes RAM and a case since I can use the ones I have currently (16gb DDR3 RAM).

CPU: AMD FX-4300
GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7850
Motherboard: Asus Socket AM3+ AMD 970 Quad CrossfireX (M5A97)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX600 (600W)
HDD: Seagate ST31000524AS
Barracuda (1TB, 7200RPM)
CPU Cooler: Artic Cooling Alpine 64 GT

Also, would the CPU cooler be enough for that CPU and graphics card? I'm fairly new to this area so I don't have much experience on what kind of CPU cooler is sufficient.

Looks fine. 600W is a bit too much. As for the cooler, get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

Would 500W be alright then? Also, why that specific cooler?
  3. That's fine too. Depends on the cost of course. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a great budget heatsink. It can contend with some of the big boys out there that costs over twice as much.
