amd fx 6300
msi radeon 7870 2gb oc
western digital green 1tb
Lite-On IHAS324 24x DVDRW
Corsair CX-600 Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
Corsair xms 8gb 2000mhz

As far as it goes, for gaming it is ok.
I like the ratio of the cpu cost to the video being 1 to 2.

Tom's has the i3-3220 as the best gaming cpu pick in the $130 range.

But, if your games are multicore enabled(few can use >2-3 cores) then a 6 core cpu is good.

You need to pick a compatible motherboard.

The fx 6300 is relatively weak per core, so you will want to OC it a bit. For that, you will want an aftermarket cpu cooler.
The $30 cm hyper212 will be fine.

I would build using a 120gb ssd for starters, planning to add a hard drive later. The WD green is not good for a os drive.
It is somewhat slower than the wd black.

Budget? Overclocking? Country?
The FX-6300 is a great budget processor. You can easily find a cheap motherboard (~$50).
Great gpu. If you can, try to snag yourself a 7870 XT. It will perform alot better for just a little bit more.
Don't grab a green. If it's going to be your primary drive, grab a blue instead.
You don't need such a big psu. Get the 500w version.
You don't need 2000mhz ram. Grab 1600mhz,

Hows this?
