(I couldn't link this image because there seems to be a problem confirming my email. It says confirmed but won't let me attach. Thanks for understanding.)

As you can see, I've been having this chrome issue the last few days.
I can't seem to fix it. Nothing loads and it seems that it's acting like it can't connect to the google servers.

It won't access settings, account, switches, other sites, anything.

The only way to fix it is to either restart the computer - piece of sh** no way! Most of you would probably say the same ...

Or reinstall google chrome and it will just start itself and then works. Very annoying because it takes at least a minute for it to do.

I've read of others having this issue but no solutions.
I've even tried reinstalling and deleting totally and installing from scratch.

The key (I think) is it works until I close the browser. Once that happens, I can't get it to open up anything the next time ....

To those who like firefox more, I can't use that because as soon as I run into a flash site which I need to do often, it freezes or slows to a crawl.

Chrome has worked best for me and I want it's usability back. Thanks!

Apparently you've tried some suggested solutions, so let's get the basics out of the way. So your internet is working fine and Chrome is just isn't responding.

When did this issue occur? If it were recent, have you tried a System Restore to revert your settings to an earlier time when Chrome was working properly?

It could also be a trojan / malware running on your computer. Try a full system scan to make sure you're not infected. Download these free malware cleaners one-by-one and scan your infected computer:

RootkitBuster: http://free.antivirus.com/us/rootkit-buster/index.html
Stinger: http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/free-tools/stinger.a...

Yep, I tried the basics. And some.
Running Avast Antivirus right now actually on deep scan.
I also checked properties to make sure it was set for windows 7.
I also restored it to the last version with no luck.

I'm out of ideas ...
