You cannot necessarily have a cooler good for gaming but only good for overclocking, now with that out of the way your cooler is probably the best value cooler out there right now, 4.6GHz should be a breeze (no pun intended).

Also the cooler will fit in that case without a problem.

If by "good for gaming" you mean quiet so you won't hear your pc, consider buying some fans to replace the stock one. Otherwise, the Hyper 212 EVO is a good cpu cooler.
One problem: you might want a slightly bigger psu to have more headroom for overclocking. The FX-8350 and HD 7970 are power hungry. Grab a 600w psu. A cheap, semi-modular one is the Corsair CX600M: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx600m
