I have a e5500 2.8ghz dual core processor and i want to buy a new Amd Graphics card HD7790. I dont want Hd gaming 1600 X 1200 is fine for me, Im confused like hell about the bottle neck Due to a tight budget i cant afford a Core i3. So please just tell me how much Fps drops will i get on a dual core E5500 on a HD 7790

The E5500 is not a bad cpu.
If you buy a stronger card than what you now have, your FPS will improve, the question is by how much.
Most games are limited by the graphics card, not the cpu.
Most games can use only 2-3 cores.
To get some sort of an idea,
Run your games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely cpu limited.
