HI! I just bought my laptop 3 week ago samsung notebook series 3 NP300E5A with windows 7 basic. my mom accidentally pulled the plug while i was surfing the net (the thought that was the plug of our fan), when i tried to start it again it hung. I turned its power off the n turned it on..then the long wait of booting. When i tried the net the blue screen appeared then it shut down. turned it on again but the names of the icons was gone. I clicked the start button but the words were gone..just an empty box. and everytime i click an icon the blue screen appears.....I think my laptop is deteriorating or something...Please HELP me...:-(((
