System Too Hot at Idle?

Just put together a new system and I'm wondering if it is running too hot at idle, the CPU sits at 35 C and the motherboard at 30 c
Specs:
Intel I5 3570k
Mobo: z77 fatal1ty professional
Radeon HD 7970 ghz

Thanks for the peace of mind, I'm using a cooler master v8. I know it's not the most effective for the price, but it looks pretty awesome and I'm not planning to overclock a crazy amount.
