I have Sabertooth Z77 and planning to buy G.Skill Ripjaws Z 1866 32GB kit.
G.skill shows F3-1866C9Q-32GXM as compatible with mobo. Newegg carries F3-1866C9Q-32GZH.
Is there any difference between GZH and GZM. Are they both compatible with Sabertooth Z77?

The QVL of the various motherboards does not include every brand and model, it just lists what's been tested. If you wanted to investigate further and see what GZH and GXM stand for, then you can see if there is a big difference in the two models or it's just another way to list the same model.
Unless there was a difference in the voltage I would say that you can use either model.

Nothing to worry about it's just two different models , Trident-X or Ripjaws-Z. I think the Trident-X is the better model but you woun't go wrong with either one. Newegg carries the Trident-X but it's currently out of stock and you can always wait for it to come back in stock or go with this one.

32gb Is a large amount of ram what do you have for applications that need that much? Are you doing video work? Editing of some kind?
