Will these Components function properly together? (I'm new at this) :)

ASRock B75 PRO3 LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157314)

Intel Core i5-3470

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
(http://community.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/NVIDIA+GeForce+GTX+660/review)

I wanted to see if these would be compatible before going any further

What is your total budget, where are you planning on purchasing the components, and what do you already have?

I want to spend no more than $650, I want to purchase the parts where they are the cheapest (can be used), but still from a trusted seller. I currently have none of the parts, came here first. Also, I'm open to suggestions on other parts.
