Looking for wireless mouse

Requirements:

1. Wireless
2. Good sensor
3. Symmetrical
4. Two buttons and clickable scrollwheel (I middle click to open links). No additional buttons.

I'm currently using Microsoft wireless 4000, but the sensor has been going downhill for a while. It causes the cursor to jump around sporadically, almost as if there is mist/moisture on the sensor. I've cleaned the sensor and it still happens. The mouse is fine (though a little large, I prefer a claw grip than a full-palm grip) except for this sensor issue. Oh and of course the MS 4000 has a little button on the side which was extremely annoying until I got hold of the correct drivers and disabled it. Accidentally pressing it would go "back" on a webpage, sometimes causing me to lose data.

Price range: $25 - $65

Both gaming and office work. Mice with extra buttons cost more and annoy me besides. I don't see the need to buy one with a dozen buttons all along the sides.

I use keyboard and mouse when gaming, so I don't need extra mouse buttons, even for mmo-like games.

I have heard that a hundred times and I really hate hearing it. My current mouse has absolutely no issues with gaming. The only issue is the sensor has begun messing up lately.

There is nothing wrong with gaming with a wireless mouse. The reason I want wireless is because once you go wireless, you can't go back to wires. There's so much more freedom.

.. didn't mean to piss you off, sorry. I've tried both, and prefer wired mice.

If you want a wireless mouse, by all means go with it. Since you don't want more than three buttons, your best bet is probably going to be a Microsoft mouse, if you want well-made.

No worries, I've just come from a forum with a significantly higher density of trolls, and the responses to using wireless mice for gaming ended up being pretty stupid.

I would prefer something other than a Microsoft mouse, as it is what I'm currently using and I'm not 100% pleased with it.

Alright, I can help you find something - just to help know what to look for, what is it that annoys you about it?

The reason I ask is because microsoft does make much better-built, more mouse-shaped mice.
(And you can't find one and it's wired anyways, but the Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 was just about the best gaming mouse ever made.)
