Hello All,

Posts have been made about this but I havent seen anything that solved my problem. Computer runs other PC games with no issues. I normally play starcraft 2 on high settings without any issues of the computer shutting down as well as watching blu-ray videos etc but dead island tends to shut down after approximately 10 minutes of running it. Below are my computer specs from SI Sandra. Let me know if you notice anything that could be the issue. Thanks in advance!

Where's the Dead Island install from, and have you tried reinstalling it?

Downloaded fanspeed as you said and it shows that the GPU is running at 56C, aux is at 55C and the cpu went way up to to 97C while the game was running. Guessing I need a new cpu fan or thermal paste?
