You need to provide more details. What is the brand & model of your phone? What is the OS?
Assuming there is a USB cable that came with the phone, you can hook it up to your laptop and open Computer and see if it is detected as an external device. If it is, browse that storage / SD card, if there's a folder named Videos copy / paste your clip into that folder.
