If they are the same model of i5 they ill be the same no matter where you are are. But there a are many different core i5 models.

If you're an overclocker, the batch that the processor comes from does make a slight difference in terms of how ideal an overclock can get, but it's not something you can determine just from the origin (nor something that you can choose).
