what of this MOBO will recomend me and why

The d3h only has one PCI-e slot, and cannot be used for multiple graphics cards (except for dual-GPU cards)
[strike]The ud3h apparently has no USB2.0 headers, which are used for front panel USB ports.[/strike] (Nevermind, shoddy Newegg descriptions. If you look at the images, it has one USB2.0 header).
The d3h has no eSATA ports for specialized external storage drives.

My personal recommendation would be the ASRock Z77 Extreme4, especially if you plan on getting an i5-3570K, since Newegg is currently doing a bundle deal, and it's the cheapest of the four with few compromises (of course, that depends on your needs): http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1270848
