4 more gigz increase fps?

i have 4 gigs of ddr3 1600 memory if i get 4 more gigs will i get any performance in games?

i have a gtx 560ti with a phenom 955

maybe the slightest bit... most games dont pull anymore than around 2-3gb of ram anyways. so depending what you run in the background it may be a good idea. your hardware is good to go, so i would grab a set of 2x4gb ram (doesn't really matter what brand or type ram is ram..) and dual channel it. like i said, may help a bit

Edit: Like said above. This will not make your details better.. or anything like that, only help the stutter lagg if you have too much running in the background

Check our ram utilization in task manager. Unless you have other stuff running in the background while you game, there really shouldn't be any issue with the amount of ram you currently have. If your ram utilization is 90% or higher then it may be worthwhile adding ram for smoother performance.

will adding more ram help in stuttering in games? sometimes i get that like in tera online when characters jump and stuff

right-click on computer then properties.

if it says x86 or 32 bit operating system dont bother as your os wont use more than 4gb.

if it says 64 bit operating system then go for it
