i think this might be a cpu problem but i have no idea really. i have an old intel dual core and just one day out of the blue programs dont finish loading or just act weird. fire fox opens, i can get to the google home page but if i try anything else it freezes. programs dont uninstall. while in safe mode i can get on to websites but when i try to shut it off it just hangs. would just rebooting with a fresh re-install of
windows 7 fix this? i dont mind since i only have games on my os harddrive.
