Is it ok to have GPU at full load 24/7?

My HIS 7850 2gb is 61c at full load. Is it ok to have it running at that load and temperature constantly?

It's probably not at full load if it is only running 61C. The only issue with having it run at that temp, is that your thermal paste will dry out sooner than normal. I'd change it after about a year if it runs at 61c 24/7.
