Sudden slow internet downloading..Have ran virus and adware scans..showing clean..have dsl 54 mbps showing on connection but try logging on to any site laptop very slow downloading any site..Started about three days ago like someone is hijacking or using my pc..unchecked the networking admissions for remote access helped some for a day..now seems worse..is it my laptop or maybe at&t provider just showing 54 mbps and no download strength,,?

Thank you SchizTech..I did try that Sunday and didn't seem to help at first..but later i noticed a very improved download speed..I've gone thru everything even pulling the battery from the laptop..something worked for now..Has you throwing your hands up in the air..Thank you for the advice ..!
