I just bought a asus laptop window 7 ultimate three month ago. Suggesting by one of computer operator I uninstall kaspersky before it was fully updating datalabase. She installed trenmicro office scan and system clean. since then my lap top display like this as subject cited. If any one suggest me I will be appreciated. thanks

Over the years, I have spent a good part of my time uninstalling TrendMicro from peoples computers .... stick w/ Kapersky.
Just reactivate windows after uninstalling TM.
