When I am playing a video game I get some odd visual noise, like white lines going up and down the screen, I noticed sometimes I can look at a certain object and it doesn't happen, this is happening in all of my games.

Performance otherwise has been flawless, great frame rates etc..

At no point has the video card gotten above 70c and even that only happened once.

I am thinking it could be my power supply, I have this model: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049

(Corsair CX 430W Modular)

It only comes with one pcie 6 pin power connector, for the other one I am using a Molex adapter, any help is much appreciated, I assume my power supply may be to blame here but I figured I would ask the pros first, thanks for your time!

Yes I am aware of the suggested wattage, however I am no where near my wattage limit, I have no optical drives and only one HDD, nothing else drawing power aside from two 120mm fans, if the wattage wasn't sufficient wouldn't it present the problem in a different way? Such as not powering on/powering off under stress.

It might also be worth noting that I am using a DVI to VGA adapter, thank you for your time!

Well the wattage is not the most important part it is the amp's that the PSU can handle on the 12+ rail on that PSU you have one +12 volt rail at 32 amps. I am not sure if that is adequate for the whole system. But with out knowing what else you are running it is hard to tell. Best guess would be PSU but that is just a guess.

Intel i5 3470
4GB G-Skill RAM (1 Stick)
250gig WD Caviar HDD (Shameful I know)
ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0
ASUS 660 ti

That's everything.

Thanks for taking a look.
