My current build is in signature.

I have ddr3 corsair vengeance LP (low profile) in my Asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard.

I changed the clock speed of my memory from 1333 to 1600 because it was advertised as 1600 RAM at 1.5v.

Over long Prime95 runs my system would shut down and after extensive testing I've ruled out my processor being the issue.

My question is how can i monitor my memory voltage/etc? I'm currently using CPUID HM But I cant find the ram anywhere in there. Here's a SS.

Does your motherboards bios have the XMP Profile? Or did you just use the drop down to select the ram speed?

The Prime95 program will have a report and reason for the fail in the event it shuts down because of a fail in one of the workers. Have you tested the Pc with the ram at both 1333mhz and 1600mhz to see if changing the setting was what caused it to fail?

For a test of the memory you can down load and run Memtest86 and that will test just the ram and give you a report on the result.
