Sometimes when I am playing a game, it randomly minimizes and I find myself at the desktop frantically alt-tabbing to get back to what was going on. I have this problem approx once every few hours of gaming. It is very random and unpredictable. It has happened in Path of Exile, Battlefield 3, and League of Legends..(basically all the games I have been playing the past few months)
I am running Win7 64 on a phenom 965, radeon 9750 with 8GB on system memory on a SSD with a HDD for storage. I have installed new graphics drivers and it did not solve the problem. I believe these problems have been happening since I formatted the PC with the new graphics card and SSD a few months ago.
I can't see how this would be a hardware issue. It is becoming increasingly frustrating because I can't imagine what might be causing it. The only thing I can consider at this point is swapping out a different graphics card or reformatting the system.
