Those cards each need 2 6Pin PCIe connectors. The Power supply only has 1 6Pin and 1 6+2Pin. You can use the included molex to 6Pin if you like, and there is debate on if that is even a good idea or not.

I would spend slightly more on a power supply, since you're pulling a lot of wattage, but in theory, that PSU should work. If you do go with 2 7970s, definitely get a better PSU.
