Motherboard max of 150 wats for cpu

First, its a 125W motherboard. Not 150W. There are none of those.

Second I'm not sure what you mean by the CPU being "right on the line"... There is no line. Its a 125W part and needs a 125W board.

You should always check the CPU support list anyway.

Your question has been answered, but I thought I'd recommend a different motherboard:

It's slightly more expensive, however it uses a much newer North/Southbridge and other newer components as well.

Differences:
- newer NB/SB chips
- ATX (not micro-ATX; more PCIe slots; won't fit smaller micro-ATX case though)
- up to 64GB DDR3 (versus 8GB, though 8GB is plenty for most)
- 6xSATA6 (vs SATA3)
- newer Realtek audio chip
- USB3 support

Aside from the NEWER features, the only other relevant things is:
- no onboard VIDEO on Asrock

How much more expensive would a case be? Can you recommend me a good one. Or heck a good build for max of $600? ( cheap monitor included)
