Your link appears to not function correctly, but any monitors in that price range is going to be pretty much equivalent to themselves. Just pick up a good Asus and you'll be fine.

I look at all the monitors and don't really see any difference in any of them and the reviews keep scaring me away lol I know I am not picky about monitors because I have been using the same one for several years from 2005 or something.

Here are the specs of the link I posted

LCD
24"
1920x1080
250 cd/m2
1 ms
16:9
Native Contrast ( typ. ) 1000:1
DCR (Dynamic Contrast Ratio) (typ.) 12M:1

It looks just fine, but most monitors from $270-300 are going to have specs very similar to that. I'm also just going to throw out there (because noone understands it) that the response rate of 1ms is talking about a gray-to-gray response rate. It's effectively the same response rate as a 4ms black-to-white response rate, but it's a smaller number so it looks better.

My only question is what BRAND that monitor is, as that really is the best way to determine quality.

BenQ RL2455HM 24IN 1080p, it's a rts gaming console monitor so I assume it's great for rts and fps games but I was wondering if anything was cheaper that is similiar to this

Like I said, look at Asus - they'll be better priced. There's no point in paying much more unless you're getting something like the BenQ XL2420T for the 120Hz panel; there will be virtually no difference between one normal monitor and the next at that price range, so go with a cheaper one.
